About Nadine
Nadine Uremovic
Strategic Design Principal
As a strategic designer, Nadine bridges the gaps between situational conditions and the purposeful and strategic integration of design within organisations. She has a solid backstory working with community-centric organisations (ie local councils, peak bodies, non-profits) and ESG-positive entities.
Nadine recognises the interplay between what’s fixed and what’s flexible. She believes that, for any organisation, progress toward ethical and sustainable ESG outcomes relies on the design choices we make – for now and for tomorrow.
Her current practice is multidimensional and focuses on:
- Practical design oversight: implementing design frameworks and responsibility for design decisions and activities
- Strategic design capability: strategic design projects; development of design literacy and design-driven culture
- Holistic adoption of design: cross-silo integration of design activities and outcomes across projects for an organisation or system
- Communications design: shaping or remediating engagement protocols, communications or activations that support internal operational capabilities

Nadine qualified as a Yoga Teacher in 2007 and as a Yoga Therapist in 2016. She regularly teaches therapeutic yoga for women at her One Yoga studio. For local matters, Nadine represents a community action group and updates members via a Facebook page.
